anyone who has finished that new penguin quest it says the polar bear stays in the same spot until Wednesday has anyone seen it?

If you got to world 60 and join the penguin w60 cc, they help spot both penguins and now polar bears. Just for future reference

how much xp do they give? or do they just count as 1 penguin?
