that's not going to do that much good... and plus im trying to find a place to train not what familiar i should use to heal myself....

the thing about slayer is i dont like gettin stuff and changing places to train. i like to train at a place where i can stay where i am for a long period of time, not having to bank, and a place where i can afk

 

 

 

Sounds like you need to go to bandits, like everyone else who doesn't actually want to play runescape yet still wants 99's.

These places are not what they used to be, with all the new places and the experience is not all that great (~60k-80k/h) but Giant Skeletons (Damis Lair), or Bandits, seems to be what your looking for. If you decide to go with Bandits, make sure to bring a saradomin/zamorak item, this will make them agressive.

how much do spinners heal?

 

Adding onto some above posts, it's 1hp/15secs. Exactly half of a bunyip. It doesn't let you eat raw food and doesn't last as long as a bunyip, so it isn't a very effective substitute. A great summon for it's level nevertheless.
