June 10, 200917 yr Let me try rephrase what emh14 meant. Apparently someone predicted that summoning would come out 2 years before it actually did. He also had a website so would anyone here by chance know the website? :)
June 10, 200917 yr Summoning was announced by Jagex at the start of rs2. They made a news-post of the future plans they had, and summoning was one of their ideas.
