Hey guys i am doing desert treasure on my pure and im about to start but i am 71 range and only 51 magic. Is it realistic to range the bosses instead of the "suggested" spell? Also, I am 1 def and 15 prayer if applicable.

51 Mage should suffice. I'm not sure about Ranging, though.

He has 15 prayer :|, with 1 defence, 51 mage and 15 prayer I am not sure you could survive the fights as most of the bosses are hardly safe-spottable :(

2 are possible the other 2 you've got no chance.

 

Damis has a safespot and the smoke one is pretty weak and I'm sure you could snare and move without much of an issue.

 

Ice and blood are near impossible without prayer and with your defense you have no chance.

It is possible, i know because i had basically same stats as you when i did it.

 

 

 

But trust me by the time you kill kamil/ice boss you will probably die like 5 times.

 

 

 

Get your mage up a little bit more, and use the recommended spells.

 

 

 

For smoke boss, just bind him and keep maging... but dont move to far away or he dissapears

 

 

 

For shadow boss, just take a load of sharks and hide behind a certain rat in part of the tunnels (cant remember exactly where sorry)

For ice you definately need someone to help you out. You need him to lead the way through the wolves so they dont attack you. And with Kamil... i don't know how other pures used blockers, because when my mate blocked for me i was getting barraged so fast i couldnt even attack him. I reckon just fight him wearing mage boosting gear and get a mate to come with you to give you food when you need it.

Just move run and south of the gate, worked good for me, 1 def 25 pray I lost 3-4 sharks (+3 more due to ghasts!)

 

 

 

nobody with range/mage 50+ should have a problem at blood.
