deadngone
Hey. I was wondering if this method of armour zombie training is good. Wear tanking gear and go deep into the dungoen and kill the big mob of armour zombies WITHOUT PRAY. ( I will be using bunyip). Reason? So, I can "afk". Also, its not as crowed as the spawn near the ladder. I was thinking of this kind of setup Helm of nietz barrows top and bottom Salve [e] Skill cape Cb bracelet ( DONT ASK -.- ) D boots RoW Whip DFS P.S- If you have done this before please info me of the EXP/HR
Aeon_
For a start, if you want to get higher experience per hour, use proselyte/initiate armour. They barely hit at all. Switch DFS for rune defender, same reason as above. The rest is fine, but if you have the time, I'd advise you to get barrows gloves. They are extremely helpful in the long run. Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt. Saint Helens was a catostrophic geological event, in reality it was the day that Jimi Hendrix returned to Earth from the next world and actually stood up next to a mountain and chopped it down with the edge of his hand.-Random Youtuber

Aeon_
It's hard to die there unless they don't (for some reason) become unaggro after a while. And the drops are helpful to make a bit more dosh. deadngone
Yeah. I switched to ring of life. BTW whats the point of using prayer gears when I say WITHOUT PRAY. Do anyone know the exp/hr compare the exp/hr of killing Azs with pray?
Georgelemmons
Just kill the AZs without breaking any Jagex rules. Don't AFK. Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <

Im actually not "AWAY FROM KEYBOARD", Im just not paying attention to playing runescape and doing something eles.
Troacctid
It's slower. Part of the whole reason for armoured zombies as a training spot is the altar. Read my blog | Follow me on Twitter | Track my XP

Oh, forgot about that part... thought you meant protection prayers for some weird reason. #-o In that case, wear the best strength boosting armour you can, or void if you have it. Yeah I know this gonna be slower. but Im REALLY lazy. Running back and forth to an alter every 2-3min is a pain. Im experimenting how much exp I get killing Az without pray. Do you think this is better exp than "AFK" at bandits? It is gonna be this method of Azs or bandits for 99 attack. \
manitstinks
Az's are way better because bandits need healing too much Just use protection prayers near the entrance for best results so you can afk

I got 40k exp so far in 30 mins and my hp hasnt fell beblow 80 ( max 96). With bunyip prayer isnt really needed. BTW- I can afk at bandits with rune + bunyip and not need food. But still I will be using super set and Salve [e]. In hr I manage to get 75-80k exp WITHOUT pray. Thats only 5-10k less of what I get when I actually do pray when killing at Azs. AND ITS NOT CROWED! The point of the prayer armor is so that you don't have to run up and down as much, it's been proven to be more efficient than bandos. That said, I have no idea what the average exp/hr it would be without prayer. An at 75k-80k xp in an hour, that's pretty good, I only manage 60k-70k an hour with pray  Though my attack and strength are only 85 and 83 respectively :P
deadngone
Yeah. The main reason Im not gonna pray is cuase I can't afk ( running up and down ladder every 2 mins). Without pray I can afk pretty smoothly, checking every 5-8mins.

I get around 90k xp/hr (99 str and att).
