Simple Site Splash-Screen

Let me know what you think, it's supposed to be very simple.

Pretty nice, though maybe have the hanging banner things slightly smaller and closer together, they are a bit too overwhelming. I'm not sure about using a spacer, but if it's easier for you to do...

 

 

 

But still, it's a nice splash page.

Doesn't work at all for me, to be honest:

 

1. [*:3i3drhb9]Repeating background is way too repetitive
    
   [*:3i3drhb9]Relies way too much on PNG transparency
    
   [*:3i3drhb9]Colors do not work well together, they're too light
    
   [*:3i3drhb9]"Picture frames" are illogical; Think of the way that a real picture frame would hang if it was placed incorrectly on a wall
    
   [*:3i3drhb9]Fonts are too big, also they do not work for this
    
   [*:3i3drhb9]Too flashy in general
