RayOxide
Dragonstone (e) tipped bolts. Unless they have an anti-dragonfire shield, they're screwed if the spec hits. I think regular rune bolts would do some harm if you dont want to sacrifice your own health (ruby) or take chances on unoccassional specs (diamond/dragon/onyx) I dont need a siggy no moar. And you get hit back.

Deathmatching someone with Emerald E might help. When you hit the spec, switch to diamond e? I dont need a siggy no moar.

purewcnub
Best bolt for high hits is Dragon (e) bolts. I use Diamond (e) when I'm not trying to ko. Goals: 94 magic94 ranged55 slayerAddy gloves-done
