hi i have 1218 ranarrs from farming. i was thinking of making them into prayer potions but i'll be losing somewhere around 800k. if i sell them i'll wait for them to go up a little bit. what do you think?

Well seeing as you're trying to get all stat to 70 id make the pots. If you don't you'll have to spend more money on herblore anyway.

If you want the levels use them, If not then sell them. Either way your making money.

herbalore (to me) has no use past 63. so i might make some prayer pots to 63 herbalore.. but i'm really not sure

There is a number of things you could do.

 

if you want xp:

 

You could sell the clean and buy grimey, making around 70gp per ranarr(currently)...+herb xp

 

You could sell all the ranarrs and buy irits(easiest 2nd to obtain) or any herb that you want to have easy/cheap 2nds.

 

 

 

or if you just want cash, sell the ranaars.

 

 

 

unless you want to collect the snape grass yourself(which is relatively easy), I suggest not making prayer pots(less xp then super anti's and more expensive 2nds)...

 

 

 

it all depends...I suggest playing out the scenario's yourself(using tip.it guides and GE)

I would sell the Rannars without a second thought, mostly because Herblore is an expensive skill to train. If you're going to do it you should be looking at the most cost effective method, therefore you should sell the Rannars to buy something that yeilds the most experience per Gp spent.

I would sell them. Whether they are grimy or clean you have about 9 mil in gp's right there. Thats alot of money.

i'm not THAT rich! i need money to buy more seeds.

 

 

 

and i think i'm just gonna wait a few days and sell them once they go up a little more. for some reason ranarr seeds are at a very high price, so i'd wait a few updates to buy them anyway, might as well maximize my profits.

Depending ofc on how much you make an hour, herblore wise i think it would be efficient to buy irits and seconds with the money.

 

 

 

BUUUTTTT....

 

If you can stand cleaning them. (And there was a guide on truthscape on how to... grrr....) I would clean them all and sell them at profit with a bit of herb exp.
