Looks like a bow but it's probably because of the position that it looks like a crossbow.

 

 

 

However if it's a dragon crossbow, Which I hope it is, I'm wondering how we will get it.

Couple months ago people voted for a bar that would raise range with a beer. That could be the bar and they could just be bow decorations with no meaning.

Don't you know the first rule of MMO's? Anyone higher level than you has no life, and anyone lower than you is a noob.
