July 4, 200917 yr use a cell phone, it gets added on ur bill (cant use pay as u go obviously) then u get a pin, write it down and then enter it, make sure u get the pin the first time or u will have to pay double lol. idk about like house phones they work the same i think haha
July 4, 200917 yr i called once and the number the thing gave me didnt work. then jagex said there was no proof i called. month later got billed for it. 3 months later got free membership

July 4, 200917 yr The thitngs thoose people listed are obscure errors. It tells you the pin 2 times veerrry slowly and u can get it repeated as much as u like b4 u hang up. Just make sure u write it down on a bit of paper and are 100% sure of it. Also the only way tog et charged twice is if you ring twice. As for doing it on pay and go, you CAN do it on that, you obviously just have to have the credit for it, as they charge you the membership cost for the phonecall, meaning for pay and go it is wripped from your credit while contract it goes on your bill.
