Okay so i found out that dragon legs were only like 600k (when i quit they were quite expensive) so i decided to buy one... along with an obsidian cape

 

 

 

Armor wise, can someone please list the prices of the best equipment, down to basic rune?

 

 

 

Helmet- Using the Helm of Neitzeniot

 

Body- Rune Platebody

 

Legs- Drag Legs

 

Gloves- Barrows Gloves

 

Ring- ???

 

Ammy- Glory

 

Rune Boots (how much are drag???)

 

Obby cape until i get my quest cape back

 

 

 

and i'm using a whip most of the time, anything better and cheap out there? Thanks!

dragon boots are 378k atm, for a body you could use a dharoks platebody or something for about 250k. Anyway, check out the link and u can find the prices of items there. :

For ring I'd suggest warrior but thats only because I prefer hitting a little bit more, rather than hitting a little bit harder.

 

 

 

Plus warrior ring is dirt cheap compared to zerker which is only so much cos of the measley +4 str bonus. which is an extra 1 damage, if that?

 

 

 

As I have always said str is so over rated in this game and I think this is a prime example of of it. :D

Helm of Neitznoit (replace?)

 

Glory Amulet (replace?)

 

Dharoks Platebody

 

Dragon Platelegs (barrows or drag?)

 

Dragon Boots

 

Barrows Gloves

 

Warrior Ring

 

Rune Defender (replace?)

 

 

 

and a Whip/Drag Scimmy

 

 

 

I still have plenty of money to spend, and am looking to do While Guthix Sleeps soon, all my melee stats are around 80 (79) and prayer is 67... should this setup be good?

If you can afford it get a fury! It owns the glory.

you do know that the +4 accuracy is less than the 1+ max hit, right? Strength is overrated, but so is attack at times.

Tbh with you I couldn't care less about my max hit. I really couldn't give a flying fox if my max hit is 10 or 20.

 

 

 

Its that type of attitude which makes me say str is over-rated, people hunting the next highest max hit possable and doing everything in there power to get it. I think its a childish thrill, but thats only my opinoin.

 

 

 

I would prefer to hit 10 (or less) 10 times than a string of 0's with a 60 mixed in some were.

 

 

 

Just look at my stats, do they say to you im botherd about str? Its only only that high cos I had even stats (70, 70, 70) now im going for 95 att followed by 95 def and str can stay were it is till I have finished all the quests, then and only then will I 99 att, then 99 def thn 99 str.

Anything under a 1 mill I can afford, I wanna keep most of my gps tho

For range defense just use normal armour, the kind you would use when fighting melee monster. For mage either get Black D'hide or Karil, both work well.

 

 

 

Whip is almost needed in all cases. Depends on what you're training. Rune Defender cost nothing to have. If you slay then get a Black Mask/ Slayer Helm. If not then the Neitz helm is pretty cheap and does quite well. The only thing thats better then the glory is the fury. And since you got 12m i would get it.
