If I do the Tears of Guthix minigame, will it give exp to Summoning being my lowest skill (18),

 

or does your level have to be 30+ to receive exp from the minigame?

The experience per tear is based on how high your lowest skill is.

 

 

 

From this bit, I gather that you will get 18 exp per Tear you receive, until your lowest skill reaches 30. At that point, you'll start to get 60 exp per Tear collected.

Wow I've never seen such a long, elaborate informative answer that did everything but answer the question.

 

 

 

Short answer:

 

 

 

Guthix tears will give xp to ANY skill, so if you're lowest is lvl 1 or lvl 98 it will still get xp.

 

 

 

The ONLY exception to this is new skill releases, whenever a new skill is released it is blocked out of guthix tears for 2 weeks
