Fishing / Smithing inquiry!

Alrighty here's the low down -->

 

 

 

I need to know the most efficient way to fish for exp.

 

I heard Monks are good... But isn't that much slower than lobsters? (Sorry if i sound noob, just starting up again :P)

 

 

 

I'd also love to hear your thoughts as to how to smith / smelt for the quickest exp without sacrificing millions - I have a 5 million gp cap I'd like to stay under.

Monks are the best fishing exp under fly fishing. It also makes money and is the same speed, if not faster, then lobsters.

 

 

 

Super Heating mith bars will profit i believe. Also if you use the SC Hammers it will also cut the costs.

Barbarian Fly Fishing is the fastest fishing xp in the game even over fly fishing and monkfish. I prefer monkfish though as they require the least attention, give decent xp (3rd best fishing xp in the game) and give a good profit.

 

 

 

As for smithing, when I leveled it last, mithril bolts at the blast furnace with stealing creation hammers were good xp and profited. You could look into that if you wanted cheap/free xp.

barbarian fishing : teaks

 

fly fishing : willows

 

monkfish : eucalyptus

 

lobsters : maples in the middle of the desert or something :/

 

sharks : mages

if wou dont mind missing out on a bit of xp to get cash, fisn monks.

 

For smithing, superheating mithril bars works well. So does making those bars into mithril bolts with sc hammers.

What is an SC hammer?

a stealing creation hammer, it's a morphic/volitate tool that you changed into a hammer, they double the xp you gain but they crumble to dust after a while (before you buy some of them, make sure you check that you buy the one that you can choose what it becomes!)
