Is there anything in runescape using any form of combat where you can reliably make like 1m+/hour just by killing monsters?

well hardly any monster can guarantee 1m+ an hour.

Gwd bosses, dragons that drop vissages are probably the only monsters that you can kill and have a chance at 1m an hour.

One good monster that you can kill, that gives you about 250k xp an hour, are green dragons.

Actually, if you're good, Green Dragons can make you 400k+ an hour. Pick up the dragonhide and bones and sell them, and any key halves or other rare items you get.

Aviansies are good too, possibly better, but you can only range them. If you have a good Range level, possibly 90+, you could do better than at Green Dragons. Also, no need to bank since everything worth picking up is either stackable or alchable.

You'll be pulling any skill to try to get 1m gold per hour, to be honest :\ If you're looking for reliable monsters, then all you're left with are colored dragons. You can't depend on monsters with rare drops.

The only way skill wise that you could make 1M an hour is Double Nat Rcíng, and you have to be hella quick doing it. And the only way you can make 1M cash per hour with combat would be bosshunting. Of course, that is breaking down and analysing it. You wont get literally 1M an hour, more like 12M in about 6-8 hours or something like that. It also depends how good you are at fighting that particular monster, how quickly you can kill it, whether you solo...
