I need 83-90 range....without chins or cannon

Featured Replies

How should I go about getting 83-90 range without chins or a cannon? I just came back from a 6 month break from RS, and I'm not sure what the most efficient way to train range is.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I think theres a guide in the archive of wisdom about chins with skele monkeys

I said withOUT chins ;)

Ah, sorry.

I dont like range much so I am of little help, you could try ranging black drags in zanaris. When I was last there a guy was owning them using range.

Chance of a visage aswell.

He was 90 range but you could use a range pot.

He used rune c'bow with those bolts that drain your health aswell.

Was just there with 81 range, veeeeery slow exp and veeeeery boring. Aviantese are faster exp, less boring, and give more profit. Pretty much standard range training consists of aviantese till you've gotten a lot of cash, and then spend that cash chinning.

Without using Chins or a cannon, killing aviansies seem to be the best way. To kill them though you might have to spend some money to get good gear to do so. If you don't have the money try ranging green or blue dragons and selling the hides and bones. Most people prefer to kill green drags, but you can kill either or.

TBH i only got my range up by using a cannon on my slayer tasks. Other then that i rarely train it.

Aviansies is a good way to make money if you can afford equipment for it, but if you have void and don't need to make money and just want a fast way, using bronze knives at yaks is pretty fast.

Guide to training slayer with range^

Those are two good places to look.

Other choices:

Aviansies, as many others have said, are the most popular choice, for good reason. They are among the fastest moneymaking methods in the game today, and they are quite decent xp. Very crowded however, though once you're there people won't bother you as much.

Yaks are twice the experience speed of aviansies, but unless you pick up hides, they lose a little money, though not much, as it's only the cost of supplies you lose.

My skin is finally getting soft
I'll scrub until the damn thing comes off
