I believe that if you say that your account was stolen, you'll simply get an automated message giving your denial. Saying that there has been a mistake may increase your chances of getting a real person to read your appeal or increase your chances of an automated approval. I'm pretty sure they don't give items that you lost in a hack back, not 100% sure, they didn't give mine back. No, they never give any items back. Appeal looks good, what option did you choose?
