On google, well first page i see: AVG, Avast, Avira, ClamWin. July 16, 200917 yr I don't believe there are any. Seriously, just pay for one with a good reputation (I use Panda Antivirus, but there are others) for general use. But if you're just using it for, say, new builds, use AVG until you can get hold of a better program. ~ W ~

Check some tests and come back and say again "i don't believe there are any", Avira and Avast are both free and good. There are some false positives, yes, but they are both better than AVG is today. July 17, 200917 yr AVIRA, beats Avast and AVG hands down in terms of protection, I switched over from Norton last year and it's much better :thumbup: Ad-Aware is good for anti spyware, and if you want a free firewall, Zonealarm is supposed to be good. And just because you have to pay for something doesn't make it better. Even AVG knocks the socks off Norton and McAffee. "In the beginning, the universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move."
