Your stats are quite low you should atleast go for all 60+ since you are semi close. Your bank is very low, and you say you spend it on skills, but all your buyable skills are rubbish so I guess you just don't know how to properly make money off skilling.

I never really had more then 5-6m at a tune anyways... but here is what I spent some money on...

 

 

 

I alched from 55 to 82 mage at a loss of 80 gp an alch

 

I used d bones from 59 to 70 prayer at guilded alters.

 

I did coifs from 38 to 61 crafting

 

I did prayer potions from 38 to 49 herb.

 

I did whatever from level 1 to 58 summoning.

 

I did steel plates from from 48 to 60 smithing

 

I did lobs from 50 to 80 cooking.

 

I did best item I could till 51 construction.

 

 

 

Now I can use my skills and be more self-sufficient.
