July 18, 200917 yr Well, I had a cheapo device from Tesco which expired the other day, and I'm looking to replace it with something a bit more 'high end'. Trouble is, I don't want an iPod (I have my reasons), and I have no idea what else is good. I've heard good things about Creative Zen, has anyone got one? I've got some guidelines as to what I want: [*:1g35r3rv]£100 or below. [*:1g35r3rv]Good sound quality. [*:1g35r3rv]16GB memory. Video and .ogg support would be nice to have too, but aren't essential. I'm probably going to be getting it at Argos. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :) "In the beginning, the universe was created. July 18, 200917 yr My brother has a Creative Zen, and I can say, they are very good. I personnally have a Philips gogear, it's a quite good MP3 player too.
July 19, 200917 yr I have a Zen, and except for the music player software that came with it, it still works perfectly fine after 2 years. I don't know about the current /£ rate, but this one should fall just within your budget. They have some other pretty good players too, you should just look around the site for a bit. There's a 16GB one for 100 available, but I'd rather pay a bit more and have one that can play video's too, has and SD card slot and doesn't look completely horrible.
July 19, 200917 yr Archos do some nice devices http://www.office999.co.uk/proddetail.p ... =ARC501337 (The 3 doesn't seem to be in Archos own store yet!) The 3 is about twice the price of the 2, but is touch screen. 8GB, and the 2 has a MicroSDHC slot - unclear if the 3 does as well.
July 20, 200917 yr Author Thanks guys. This looks like the one I'm going to getting: http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/p ... VE+ZEN.htm Apparently it has an SD slot and a radio too :D "In the beginning, the universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move."
