The major soul wars worlds has clans in them. I'm an ex member of a SW clan because I wanted to finish off the last 4 levels of my Strength, Range, and Mage levels. I can't help you get recruited because of their strict clan rules but I know of two major ones to help you get started on your search: Soul Slayers and Soul Reapers. I don't know what clan dominates W145 though. Unless you see yourself Darts/kniving + Sting amulets/alching all day (HUGE time commitment) or Cannon/Chinning + Burst/Barraging all day (HUGE money commitment) Soul wars is the way to go.
