Prayer and Construction Training

Prayer-

I have 67 prayer and want to get 70. Is gilded altar with marrentill burners (someone else's of course) still the best option?

My real question here is how to use summoning to train prayer and what are the best options to tele back and forth from the house.

Construction-

I have 56 and want 60 (for now). Assuming oak larders are still the way to go, again, how do i use summoning to help this? Is it better to simply use butlers (and can someone explain how to again?)

Side question-

In general for smithing, what is the best training option? I have 15k iron ore and am waiting for MTK to collect 30k coal for me, (is that even worth the wait) but in the meantime, I hear something about mith bolts + SC hammers... explain?

Thanks!

gilded alter is the way to go but you don't need your own marrentill.

Oak larders are the way to go using sc hammers

Mith bolts with sc hammers is best until addy bolts.

Use the best BoB that you got and put as many bones into it as you can.

There are several ways to get to their house and to bank.

One is to just use one in Yanille, leaving their house to bank there.

Another is to use their Mounted Glory to teleport to Edgeville then teleport to your house (if its in Yanille) exit it and then enter the player with the altar house. But this works much better if you have a Guilded Altar of your own.

You can't use summoning when in building mode. The best way is to have the butler bring you the planks. Just bring some noted planks with you, use them on him and he'll bring them back unnoted. but make sure to bring a pile of GP as he'll ask you for payment.

Making steel is a good way if you don't wanna use money on making mithril. Bolts are good with the SC hammers as they have a some what smaller loss when making them. but they aren't as fast as making platebodies, but you shouldn't do that until you can make addy ones.

Go to Yanille house portal in the House Party world.. There's always at least a couple of people who have their guilded altars open for people to use. You don't need your own marrentils. The owners of the POHs usually keep them lit.

Bank in Yanille. Use the best familiar for BoB that you can. No need for teleporting.
