July 30, 200916 yr Hey, I am very new to merchanting now. Really the only item i have merchant is air runes. Buy for mid price then sell for high over night. I am wondering if there is any other items that I could do that with to make more of a profit then air runes. Any suggestions?

July 30, 200916 yr Ores and bars can be fairly volatile. I don't know how you're merchanting air runes... especially cause the price of them is so stable.. From Jan 31st to May 13th, the price stayed at 13 gp. Air runes would not be the best thing to merchant with. July 31, 200916 yr Your doing something known as item flipping or using the timezones. Generally during the day there is more supply so items sell lower but during the night supply is lower and people will pay more for the item causing the person selling for max a profit. I suggest sticking with what works atm. July 31, 200916 yr Making 400k with Air Runes is easy... All you did was purchase 400k air runes and sell them for 1gp ea more than what you paid for them :S If that works for you, then keep doing it. You'll make money more as times goes on as you'll be able to purchase more of that item.

July 31, 200916 yr that's called flipping. I personally do it with Treasure trail armours. Like, rune (G) and rune (T). But at a few K over min, overnight. Then re-sell between med and max.
August 1, 200916 yr Just keeping track of prices of all common items like whips and so on is good ways to make money, i made 500-600k from buying just 1 fury when the price crashes then when it went up i sold it then the price went down a bit again and i bought a new one. Voila, profit. But whatever you do, dont use any of those merch clans. they are idiots, i lost 1m when merching with them my first time cause they dumped the items 3 weeks before the designated date WHEN i werent even at home. jerks -_-
