July 31, 200916 yr Aside from the training aspect, get the Explorer Ring from the Lumbridge Achievement Diary and use it daily for 30 free low-alchs. It adds up quickly at lower levels.

August 1, 200916 yr Cursing Zammy monks in Varrock castle have been my personal choice for years, cheap and fast but a little exhausting if you do it for a long time. I believe i got 5-40 in a hour or so and it didnt cost much. EDIT: dont curse after 55 magic, high alch > curse.
