Summoning power level?

I really don't know much about summoning, even to the point where i'm not all that sure how to gain xp! I wanna get it upp so i can get a decent combat familiar and maybe something that will carry stuff for me, but nothing too high levled like a bunyip or war tortise (although they would be nice). My question is, at my sad level of 21 summoning,(used xp lamps for pretty much all of it) is there a way to power level my summoning? That and any tips on summoning would be great! Thanks!

No... Not really.... Penguin Points and Tears of Guthix will help you level it up though. Just kill monsters, collect as many charms as you can stand too. Buy or gather the 2nds, buy the shards and pouches... and do a couple runs. That's basically all training summoning consists of.

As the guy before me said - kill stuff, pick up all charms, make pouches. That's the closest you can get to powerleveling. There's just no other way.

The only way to power level summoning is to have a Kyatt and use that to go to the obelisk and make pouches. Its that simple.

The only problem people have is how to obtain the charms and the money. Those are different stories all together.

Try for as many Crimsons as you can, then gold, green, then blue.

Crimson-Great xp, cheap(as far as shards go)

Gold-Decent xp and decent in price

Green-Not the best in xp, and expensive as far as shards go

Blue-Never hunt for these and don't use them at low levels. Save these because IF you decide to go further, they are massive xp and extremely cheap.

Finally on here to update that I have officially quit! It's been fun.

Technically, all the real powerleveling happens in the charm collecting, and that doesn't typically involve summoning (except at waterfiends, where most people use a bunyip). If you wanted to powerlevel summoning, you could go to rock lobsters and kill them with ice burst for very fast crimson charms. (You would also powerlevel your magic and hp.) But that would be prohibitively expensive and you probably don't want to do that.

At your combat levels, you could try killing waterfiends if you have the proper equipment (zammy spear/sara sword set to crush, karil's top & bottom, super sets, pro range prayer, prayer pots) and plenty of good food. They give pretty nice charms. If that isn't appealing, you could train slayer some more and kill dust devils with a combat familiar.
