It's price of 180 is kinda weird =/. Some time ago it was 105-106 ea. Perhaps some filthy merch clan active?

hmm im not sure about them being merched. most merchanting clans choose items that are hard to obtain but in high demand. that is why items like barrows and seeds are constantly be merchanted. that is why i don't thing it is being merchanted because most clans aren't big enough to change the price that much on something like iron ore.

then what would it be? i doubt price inflation could shoot the price so high

hmm ok after looking at the graph it looks like a clan is merchanting them but i still doubt that a clan could raise the price that much.

is this being manipulated or just general price rise..i mean seriously it's more than what coal was a few weeks ago.

There is a merchanting clan merchanting this item.

I know what the name of it is, but I cannot think of it at this time. I am sure that after they are done merchanting the item, the item will slowly go back down to its original price (A little over 100 coins each.)

I think the price of iron is high myself too. I used to smelt steel bars to get a small amount of smithing experience but make a hefty amount of profit at the same time, but I guess now for a while I will not be able to buy the ore as the merchanters have their hand on it all.
