Miner_Guy
[hide=What are Labour capes?]Labour capes are like skillcapes but they are a degrade, you can get them in any skill if you get past lvl 85 in a skill, then you can get it from the appropiate skill master. They are available for every skill like skillcapes. They cost 17500. They are available to all players, yes even f2p. F2p players can get to p2p skill masters by talking to doomslayer and asking him to teleport you there, once you get there you can only talk to the skill master about labour capes you cant do anything else. The labour capes have all the same characteristics as skillcapes. It would be great if someone could come up with a new name instead of "labour capes" and also a sig.Note:1.They are not skillcapes as they dont look as good as skillcapes and they are only a cape they dont have the shoulder bit and hood which they have in skillcapes. 2. They also reward players for getting a skill past 85 in only f2p as you can get 100% f2p written down on the bottom of the cape in a contrasting colour to the colour of the cape this costs an extra 5000 coins. You can only get 100% f2p written on the cape if you have never been p2p and you get 85 in a skill and then you talk to the skill master he will give you the cape and he will remember you were 100% f2p when you got the cape, so even if you become a member after you got the cape and you drop your cape you can still get it from the tutor.[/hide] [hide=Why do we need labour capes?]Labour capes are mostly for f2p players but they are also are for p2p players who play runescape but not enough to get a skillcape. Getting to 99 is very time consuming and alot of people dont want to play for that long to get a skillcape but they still want to be recognised for their achievement of getting above 85, so they would be able to be recognised for their achievment. They also let 100% f2p players be recognised for their achievement of getting past 85. So in a way it is more for f2p players and it is kind of a solution for f2p but it is still a small solution for p2p.[/hide]
acowswrath
I dont think its really necessary. One day it could get to a point where you get a cape for doing anything BOO

Labour capes might be too much work for some people. Maybe an easier cape to get and one that will possibly be fun for people to achieve. quelmotz
I don't think its really necessary. Hundreds of thousands of people would have these capes, and their "uniqueness" would immediately drop because every fourth person you see has one of them. Although its a bad idea and if they were implemented it should like 90 or 95 instead of
nerdboyxxx
The idea is alright, but Your sentence structure is horrible. Change the colour of the text also.
