I know that rapid is best for training, but i want to know what is best for high leveled monsters such as iron dragons?

Accurate is usually better, I think.

Well if you don't see a difference, then you just answered your own question.

If you have a worthy range level, then rapid would be the best option. You are quite accurate as it is with a high range level. Being able to send out more attacks in a shorter time period will cause more damage than the couple extra times you avoid hitting 0 on accurate.

well my range level is 79 (potted to ~90) so what about with those levels?

I'd have to say test it for an hour and compare the experience rates. The one with higher experience hit more often within that same time limit, making it better.
