August 16, 200916 yr For the second question, they're Waterfiends, and they're quite resistant to ranged as I found out at 89 ranged, so I wouldn't suggest ranging them at 70. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.

August 16, 200916 yr I'd say just use a rune cross bow with broad bolts, full black d hide, fury, archer ring, a face mask/slayer helm, accumulator, and zammy book. Use a bunyip and take some food, but they drop food to so it shouldn't be to hard to stay healed up. Edit: You have 99 def and hp, so yeah, you should do fine and not have many hp issues. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. And seeing as they're Dust Devils you need a Slayer Helm/Face Mask so void is out. Other wise what My_Eggs posted is best to use. If you find you're getting hit to much switch to a shield rather then the Unholy Book.
