I had an account on RuneScape before the HD update that was permantlly banned because I would be rude and stuff. So, I was permantlly banned. I decided to quit, So I did. I sent in a Manual Perm. Ban Appeal 12 days ago. It still is not judged. Does anyone know how long this takes? Plus, I confessed to everything I did and didnt say sorry once. So im thinking that I have a chance that they wont say "Apology Accept - You suck". So, Does anyone know how long this actually takes? 'Cause im tired of waiting for this stupid thing.. Include the note with the banned RS name on it saying "Check my appeal or you'll end up like this rat."
