Ugh hate my name, I've been planning for this update for months now. The notes tab on my account are filled with potential names. I'm really hoping to get a 4 character or 5 character name.

If you have 2 computers and keep your mouth(s) shut then you can do it fairly easily as there is no way Jagex can "prove" it is one person on both accounts. But why do you want to anyways? there isn't much you can do with 2 accounts other than transfer the tiny bit of cash the trade system alllows.

If you're serious about long term slaying and melee training in general then yes it is worth it.

Guthans is essential for survival at your level. Follow the advice on the slayer guide posted above and also remember to bring a inventory of monks or higher food along with guthans because guthans alone may not heal enough against spiritual warriors. As a backup you can always heal on the level 93 werewolves there if needed.

Most answers were "You never know what the future holds" or "We are currently discussing this". Meaning "Eh, probably not but I need a longer answer than the word 'no'". You're right but every Jagex Q&A is like this. I actually thought this one was alot better than usual for providing me with three new pieces of info (next skill will be f2p, changeable screenames and "non-noob worlds") as opposed to none. Let's hope the next, more specific, Q&As will provide us with less bs answers and more solid information.

Ok thanks for all the responses guys. I'm going to wait a few days for prices to stabilise and get bandos. Til then I will stick to my current torags, slayer helm, whip and defender setup.

The suggestions for the combat skills are OP IMO. Granting a unique ability or item at a maxed cb skill would give pures an advantage and leave players who would rather have balanced stats in the dust. For example 2 players have the same combat levels and are training defence; assume they both have all other combat stats, except those stated, at 0. Player A has 99 attack, 70 strength and 70 defence while player B has 85 attack, strength and defense (not accurate, just making these up to prove my point). Player A is able to get 80k exp per hour because of his "abyssal longsword" but player B can only get 60k xp per hour becaue of his inferior abyssal whip. See what I'm getting at? These 'benefits' will further encourage players to grind a single skill to 99 while neglecting all others so to have an advantage over others of their level. Balanced players already have the odds stacked against them (can't pvp etc etc..) and this certainly won't help. It's fine to have a use for level 99 but that benefit should be towards the 99 skill and only that 99 skill.

Do all the quests you can. Seriously. Before the novelty of membership wears off and you don't (yet) hate quests. Unless you absolutely love questing, in which case you'd probably be doing as much as possible anyways.
