For P2p, slayer all the way.

For F2p I'd say do level 13 zombies in the dungeon near Draynor or muggers (level 6) in Rimmington dungeon. Goblins and Minotaurs on the Security Stronghold's level 1 will also suffice.

I'd do that until he can take hobgoblins (near Crafting Guild). Those are level 28.

You're welcome. Good luck.

By the way, I can highly recommend going P2p and doing slayer, that'll get you around lots of different great creatures. :D

Cows, and banking the cowhides is also a great way to start up an account. Good luck

The problem with that is that cows often are very crowded, which is why I left them out. Besides, they're only 8 hp, so make up for slow training.

If some cash is needed to help start, you should do the Security of Stronghold levels (get through them to claim the rewards at the centre of each level). Bring some food if you deem it necessary. The reward will consist of 10K cash and either grey or coloured fighting boots.

The cows near Beefy bill are usually pretty empty and all you have to do is use the cow hides and raw beef on him and it gets banked, tan the hides and sell the raw beef and the hides on the ge for some pretty good starting out cash but rather slow combat exp.

Kill the cows south east of Falador. They usually only have one or two other people there and they're relatively close to a bank. For a level 25, that should suffice. Bank the hides for cash.

Once you start consistently one or two hitting the cows, switch to the level 27 minotaurs in the SoS. You'll get plenty of iron arrows and essence for use later.

A place I always found useful for gaining XP and cash, while being F2P, was at the Stronghold of Safety attacking the Cockroach Drones; I made a respectable 10,000gp with every trip.

Well if you can kill blue dragons effectivly then use them to train but if your not killing them that quickly then just kill baby blue dragons for prayer exp and combat exp.

There are quicker ways to do them seperatly though.

He won't be able to do blue dragons effectively at level 77, so baby blues work if you want to do dragons. be sure to bring your antifire in case you get a momma blue aggresssive on you. ;)

Other than that, you can kill moss giants on the moss giant island on Karamja, west of Brimhaven. It's never crowded and it has two 1/3 cake spawns for food.
