What 99 to go for? EDIT: SOLVED, LOCK

So, I just came back from retirement and I'm deciding which 99 to go for. Here are my choices:

Agility

Slayer

RC

Mining

I only have time for one. Can someone tell me which is the hardest and which i would have the easiest time getting? I play roughly 1 and a half hours a day and only like 45 minutes once school starts.

These are my stats:

68 Agility

74 Slayer

69 RC

73 Mining

Those 4 are probably the hardest to level out of most skills in the game. RC and Slayer are probably the slower ones. But all are really hard to do. But with RC and Slayer you can do and make quite a bit of cash.

Mining can make you loads of money, but thats only if you mine runite. If you want it fast you'd have to mine granite and that won't get you money. Or not a lot.

Agility is really simply, yet having to click over and over may seem annoying. It doesn't cost any thing but you also make nothing from it. It might be faster with the advance course but i haven't heard much about them.

That depends on your view of hard.

If hard means takes a really long time, then it's runecrafting and slayer.

If hard means really boring, then it's mining.

If hard means a lot of clicking, then it's agility.

Honestly, you should just go with whatever skill you like most. But if it were me, I'd go slayer.

None, play the game and have fun, there is absolutly no point in boring yourself to tears to get a crappy cape, that no body respects cos it seems every body has one these days.

If you fancy doing a bit of mining do it but when it gets boring do something else, it will make it more enjoyable that being bored for a long time then the small thrill of the cape then relising it is actually a big waste of time.

Your choice though.

To some people fun is obtaining that "crappy cape" and enjoying the "thrill" of finally achieving it.

That being said, the logical answer is do which of the 4 you enjoy the most. I personally, with only 45 minutes of time to play, would suggest you do slayer as you will be gaining more than just slayer levels.

As for which is harder I agree with Billy Bob:

That depends on your view of hard.

Though the meaning of the word "boring" varies from person to person. As for myself I find all of those skills to be boring but I still have a will to do them.

Apparently, my signature was to big.

Only having about an hour a day to play means you're going to have to think about effiency. What i mean is that youre going to have to think about what you could possible do in that time period. With RC youre going to be able to do roughly 1.6k Ess in 45 Minutes, so thats going to be about 14k exp depending on the rune youre crafting. Slayer is going to get you about 15k Exp in such a short period of time (thats about how long the average assignment takes you.) Minig should get you more than the obovementioned, but since i dont know anythng about mining i wont give you any advice. With your agility level you could easily get 35k exp an hour at the Wilderness Arena, so as for speed i would suggest this as the best option of your 4. Hardest skill would have to be Runecrafting. Can be very boring at times and the slow exp rates just makes everything so much worse. Definitly go for Agility!

Mining would be the fastest. If you used the fastest method for each:

Agility caps at about 60k per hour

Rc caps at about 50k per hour

Slayer is hard to put a number on, although if you block the right tasks and slay efficiently and work quickly, you should average 40k if you use Duradel

Mining can get over 70k per hour.

However, mining is also the most click intensive, with slayer being the least click intensive.

Slayer is also the only one of the bunch that loses money (if you slay for speed, which you will need to do to get an average of 40k per hour), although the water runes/humidify runes for mining are also costly.

You chose 4 of the somewhat harder skills to get to 99.

Personally I love mining and slayer, but both will take quite long. Do agility if you have the patience (you may require some quests for the better courses that were added lately). Runecrafting only if you really really love it. Regarding the skill capes, mining, agility and slayer would be nicer than rc if you ask me. Agility emote ftw.

Please do keep in mind you should play for fun, and not mauling away at trying to get a 99 while you really want to be doing something else in the game. If you merely want a fast 99 you might as well do fm or fletching.

I just thought I'd mention that no quests are required for the Advanced Gnome and Barbarian courses. If you want to count Barcrawl as a quest, then ok, but it's more of a mini-quest to me.
