Waterfiends help

Hello, thanks for reading my post :)

 

 

 

I've never done waterfiends before and I would like to know if I can do them efficiently with these combat stats:

 

77 attack, 78 strength, 73 defense, 76 hp, 43 summoning -.-

 

 

 

I have a spare 4 mil to spend on equipment

 

 

 

Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated :thumbsup:

Your stats are a little low to be super effective there. You'll really want at least 85+ combats, and 68 summon for bunyips. With swallow whole scrolls, those guys are really useful.

 

 

 

Also, wear high mage def gear (kharil's), and a good specialty weapon like the Zamorak Spear or Sara Sword. Use super sets. Pray protect range and whale away, and you'll get fast crimsons.

 

 

 

Sadly, I hate them. I block them. They're a big nuisance.

I would use guthans since you can't use a bunyip.

Now granted I didn't have very much exp with the guthans method, but when I did, popping on guthans just for healing did not turn out so well. I simply kept guthans on the entire time. It easily offsets the damage by the magic attack if you have a decent magic level.

Also using Protect from Magic might help some. If you find you're getting hit to much then try the Protect from Missles prayer.

 

 

 

Like Zaaps i have no experience with the guthans as i had 68+ summoning and high defenses so i can easily last there without using prayer.

For crimsons I'd say you are better off at Cockroach Soldiers or Dust Devils, but hey, it's your life.
