Conclusion: I guess it's about the same as clue scroll or champion scrolls. You just have to get lucky.. I've seen 8 clue scrolls, 10+ pairs of iron boots, 2 pairs of mystic boots, 10 ranarrs, and 200+ nature runes there. Don't tell me that they're as rare as a clue scroll.

August 31, 200916 yr I got a crawling hand drop 1st kill and cockatrice head about 8th kill Basilisk head took over 3000, Abyssal demon I have 3 Heads in around 6-9k kills Id guestimate 5 KBD heads in about 600 kills 0 KQ heads in over 100 kills 0 Kurask in over 2500 kills. It seems absolutely random, considering the huge variance in these numbers from my point of view anyways Dragon Drops: 80+ boots, 7 med, 3 skirt, 2 left half, 2 Spear, 2 2hSlayer: 30+ whips, 4 Bows, 1 Mask, 3 Granite Legs, 1 Visage (Wyverns)Notable GWD Splits: Bandos Tassets: 12, Bandos Chest: 11, Bandos Hilt: 2Proud Slayer of 99 Att/Str/Def/HP/Range/Summoning

In the time it takes one person to get 1 head, it can mean someone got maybe 5. Best to just keep killing them until you get one. I know someone who got their KQ head on their 1st trip. And they weren't even trying for it, their buddy was trying for the head.
