Given the evidence, there was a clear misunderstanding in the rules. Since neither clan to agree to rematch on the day of the fight, this war is nulled.

 

 

 

If either clan wants to pursue this fight still, even for TWR points, they are more than welcome to. As always, be sure to read what you're agreeing to carefully and the TWR moderators are more than willing to help.
