We proceded to prep for an hour after realizing that it had been accepted. To our amazment, we pulled the maxed allowed, 25 in just 45 minutes of posting on our forums.

 

 

 

 

 

 

They proceded to say "Matched, idiots" and "Cut you morons" until we proceded to attack our target. We one hit him and they took off running out of the portal. Once back out, a few members of LND started flaming saying "Ya'll suck" until they all walked back to clan wars.

 

 

 

 

We followed them to BH bank while I pmed their leader through IRC saying "Rules were 25 cap, check TWR" -IRC Convo at the bottom-

 

 

 

When we arrived at BH, we were welcomed by the spam of "Gl Rebuilding"

 

 

 

 

I then approached LND's Leader (Stewie390) saying we'd do matched, but not for TWR. I was responded to by being kick banned from their IRC with no answer.

 

 

 

Went into #Clans and talked to Laikrob and LegendaryStus, Laik told me to post and talk to Das about checking who editted what post blah blah blah. Will post Das's response.

3: We walked to the east, showing we weren't prepaired to fight, as we spammed "Matched", you rushed our pile. We were hardly in a defensive position now were we?

 

4: We took off running? Hmm, since when was Walking out of a portal considered as running? We walked out to avoid a pointless frenzy inwhich there had been a Misscommunication in the terms. Yet i never relized how Tip.it fights were that serious to such an admirable clan as The Blacknights. Your history as a clan reflects this very well, CWA is your place i see. Hmm, you've got me puzzled here old boy, i don't recall any fighting. I recall misscommunication -> Walking -> Various flames -> IRC Flooded by BK ->Talking to Mods -> [cabbage]e posting -> Me Posting now.

In the meantime...please, try to keep it civil. No matter how much you love your clan, when you come down to slinging insults, it just makes you look bad. And accusations without proof should be, for everyone's sake, removed. Just a forewarning, as things like these most often spark flames.

I'd like to say that it's a shame that there was a misunderstanding. I would also like to ask what exactly the flaming was that you experienced from BK, there was a bunch of "idiot" from both clans, Yoshi something called us idiots as soon as we came out after you exited the portal. Apart from that some members spammed "starting 25, ending 26" as has been shown in a screenshot. As for "Gl rebuilding" we still didn't directly flame you as a clan as you had done to us, we hoped that would put across our intentions to limit the damage that had been done and sort something there and then, it didn't seem to as when we attempted to contact you through IRC we had the 2/3 members of leadership banned. 2/3 members of leadership is hardly flooding and unless you have proof of any more than those 2/3 people in your IRC I think that claim is unjustified. We might have had a 4th member go in a bit later to see if they could get anywhere but again they were not listened to if that did infact happen.

 

 

 

Besides the flooding of your IRC I would be happy enough with your time line between then and now, I would prefer to fight you again than try to claim this win (which I do feel we are entitled to do if we so wish) but then I am just an elder and I enjoy my wars :D I hope we get this sorted in some way :thumbsup:

I'll admit i've exaggerrated on the "IRC Flooding" bit, there was about 4 of you's come in - But all at once makes it seem like a flood lol.

 

 

 

I told Ops to hold back on the Banhammer'ing, until/'IF' someone flamed. I didn't look at IRC long enough to see who was banned - I had ``Jordan PMing me, another Leader in LND and another official in Autark asking for a fight lol so i was already pre-occupied. Leaders in LND atm just don't want any uneccesery spamming in our channel, so when it comes to unleashing the banhammer they are all happy to do so regardless if anything has been said or not, but yeah i'll admit "Flooding" really never happened.

 

 

 

All clans flame after something upsetting happens. Whinning or Flamming - its near unavoidable. As for C_Yoshimitsu flamming BK as blind as day, i'll be having a word with him. He's an official and its no way to act at all so don't worry he'll be spoken with. I'll apologise on his behalf though.

 

 

 

I'm more than happy to re-fight BK. This time stating Clear rules with proper clarification making sure we all know whats happening.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, hopefully next time we can clarify things before the fight just to make sure both sides have everything set straight. You seem as though a worthy opponent and I hope that we can come to an agreement about a future fight. Good luck in future endeavors.

Both clans are well known and respected. This will be a great war if rematched and good luck to both clans. Misunderstandings will always happen tho both clans officals were mature about..... it's a great example of how misunderstanding should be solved. =D>

Technically, this is a fault on LND's side since you should of responded and if you don't do capped, then you should of said no.
