September 3, 200916 yr Are you sure that guy wasn't standing on top of a person with the same wilderness cape? Cause as far as I know that is the only way to get a blue dot on the minimap. My guide: Ring of Wealth explained 8 Dragon Boots (885 kills, 1/111, with RoW)
