Ok, so I'm looking to get my skills up to 80 (90 Fletching) and I was wondering what the fastest way to do those three in the title was? I don't mind making a loss, as I have about 50M spare cash in my bank. I would consider doing SC for hammers etc but either way I'm not bothered.

 

 

 

71 -> 80 Thieving

 

70 -> 80 Smithing

 

85 -> 90 Fletching

 

71 -> 80 Thieving ~~ Blackjacking if you can stand it, otherwise pyramid plunder. Personally i would do a mixture.

 

 

 

70 -> 80 Smithing ~~ The only way you can make money at the moment is doing bronze dart tips, and making/superheating ores and doing cannonballs - all of which are terrible exp. Iron plates are ~10gp/xp and steel plates are ~15gp/xp, mith are ~17gp/xp

 

All expensive - if you wanted to just do it now i stealing creation hammers are probably a must, however when i got from 60 - 70 i waited for bars to drop in price which worked.

 

 

 

85 -> 90 Fletching ~~ Magic longbows make a very small loss at the moment, but yew longbows make 75gp per bow a the moment so if you're willing to sacrifice some time then yew longs are probably worth doing

 

For Thieving, I would suggest doing Pyramid Plunder.

 

 

 

It's true that Blackjacking is faster in the long-run, but this is only if you pickpocket the NPC twice before they get back up, and this ends up requiring a lot of clicking...

 

 

 

Pyramid Plunder is only slightly annoying because you can get poisoned so often, but I enjoy it far more than I do Blackjacking!

For smithing, make adamant arrows/bolts with SC hammers.

 

 

 

For theiving you want to do Blackjacking. It's not fun and it's click intensive, but it IS the fastest way and should be almost double the xp PP can offer you at this level.

 

 

 

For fletching, make bolts. Making bows is bad xp for what it's worth. Bolts and arrows are much better. You usually want to stick to the adamant and mithril varieties of each (bar perhaps mith arrows since they don't really sell) or make broad bolts. You could use your smithing products for this step. I believe mith bolts were 260k per hour and adamant was 480k? A lot better than bows, you can see, although you'll want to check the cost. Arrows give even higher xp.

Blast Furnace Smithing until 75 then make ADDY ARROWTIPS. You lose less cash with these than bolts.

 

 

 

Use the tips to fletch? :lol: - Or just buy broad tips every day from the masters, if you can make broads, make them and do miths too.
