September 13, 200916 yr Killing/getting the arrows is simple. Kill wolves - chisel - wolf tips Cut archer trees - fletch - ogre arrow flights Attach feathers, flights, tips = arrow. The method for catching them is the same as in the quest - get the toad, bloat it, drop it, wait, kill the bird.
September 13, 200916 yr Get a lot of bellows and fill them all with gas. Fill 3 toads (you can't fill more then 3 at the time) with swamp gas. Drop them in the hunting area. Fill 3 more and drop those too. Keep doing that and kill any birds coming down. If you keep doing this you can have toads on the ground at all time and birds should be around a lot. Note - If there's 6 toads on the ground don't drop any more untill one is gone. Dropping another would cause your first toad to explode anyway. This is a good idea as more birds will appear faster then having 3 toads on the ground.
