Phoenix feathers

Featured Replies

Update:

For anyone searching,

I now use:

Larupia tele -> run west to eagle cave -> lasso eagles to the desert. Puts you right outside the cave by the Desert Phoenix

OR

Slayer ring tele to Relekka -> Fairy tele to DLQ(outside Uzer) -> run north to the Desert Phoenix

Should be able to get easily 600+ feathers an hour, really depends on how much you get caught by the Phoenix.

Original question

Currently I need alot of Phoenix feathers, at the moment I get 500+ an hour going from Shanty pass to the Phoenix near Uzer caves and tele to Al Kharid and repeat. Is there a faster way?

Are there any familars that teleport near to Uzer or the desert hunting spot. Money isn't an issue and I have access to all shortcuts that there maybe.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

Slayer rings can tele you to Polyniveach direct. Then you can carpet to Nardah. Not sure if this is faster or not, but you can bank in Nardah to cut down overall transit.

Slayer rings would better be suited teleing to the slayer cave (Don't know proper name, the one with the fairy ring right outside) and tele to the fairy ring that is south of the Pheonix.

Oh, wow... Are these the exact same kind that you get from the daily Phoenix task? That are 3k apiece??

Sorry to ask questions on your own help thread, but wow... How come I've never heard about this before? :???: :-?

No... these are desert phoenix feathers, part of The Golem quest if I recall correctly. These are untradable.

Its a secondary ingrediant for Super Antifire potions.

Or, a tertiary ingredient, depending how you think about it ;)

This looks like it might be the quickest way, unfortunately. You could try taking the carpet to Uzer and running northwest, or you could fairy ring to the desert lizards and running north.
