Withdraw from Bank to Familiar With Ease

Featured Replies

Are you tired of the hassle of long bank sessions to get your familiar

packed (for a pack yak anyway...) and loaded (I don't mean bullets…)

for whatever cruel or stat training session your off to?

Training prayer with your gilded alter and a war tortoise and sick of having to:

Open bank, withdraw bones, exit bank, right click your familiar, turns out it wasn't your familiar,

right click YOUR familiar, deposit bones, exit familiar, open bank, withdraw bones?

Well, thanks to innovations from the brilliant Enrage Buzzy, there is a solution!

•And, We have suggestion C.

•Suggestion A:

Seems pretty simple.

When you right click an item in your bank you have the option at the bottom of the list to

"Withdraw-x to Familiar"

What'd I say, simple, right?

If selecting that option and selecting the amount, it will withdraw right to your familiar of burden.

Keep in mind there will still be safeguards in place so you cannot place extremely expensive items

in your familiar's inventory.

•Suggestion B:

Even more simple.

A 'Withdraw to familiar' toggle button would be placed on the bottom of your bank window,

the same size at the "noted" button, and with a similar function, instead of withdrawing in

noted form… Obviously it withdraws any item you click, or select an amount to withdraw

straight to your burden familiar.

Finally;

•Suggestion C:

All of the above.

I would appreciate it a lot. :)

Quest cape achieved 28 Dec, 2009, lost with Nomad's Requiem, re-obtained on 19 Mar 2010.

Fire cape achieved 1 Nov 2010.

Suggestion A would make the bank menu too cluttered but Suggestion B could work. :)

One thought I had would be when you are banking make it so you can see your inventory and your familiar's inventory in separate tabs. Right now you can only see your inventory but they could make it so that depending on which tab you have opened the items will be withdrawn to that tab. Similarly if you had your familiar's inventory tab open you could bank the items it is holding.

Any of the suggestions could really make activities such as prayer and runecrafting a lot more enjoyable.

I support Suggestion C, all of the above.

Bank suggestions like yours ftw, and would convenience a lot of people who use familiars.

Also, there should be a tab for familiar inventory, rather than a window that is closed by combat.

Support, this would help a lot in many tasks.
