How do i change my name back to my old name.

There's a waiting period. You can only change your name about once a month. After a month, you can change it back the same way you changed it the first time. (Your old name will be held for you.)

Your old name will be held for you, unless you keep the name that you had that same month, and you decide to keep it.

Unfortunately you have to wait for a month for your name to get changed back. :(

My guess is to stop the system constantly getting pounded by players every single day. But its only a month, pick a sensible name you like next time.

I like the name i changed it to just my old name feels more like me online.

Changing my name was a mestake ill never make again.

Just imagine if players could change their name and not have to hold it for a certain time limit.

 

Chaos would ensue and Jagex would explode.

 

Although, it would be cool to have a different name every couple of days. :-P

You can only change you're name once every 28 days.

 

You're previous name is held for 35 days.

 

This gives you a 7 day buffer in which you can change back; after the 28 day wait is up.
