Will I get better drops at a higher ep? I know all is depends on luck, like sometimes u may get a 1m loot in 25ep but only get 100k from 100ep, but can someone give me the answer in general?

I don't think so, I think you have a better chance of getting better drops with a higher EP, but the drop list is the same.

If you are the victor in your combat, you will discover that your enemies drop items. Many of these items are randomly generated by the game based on how much your opponent was carrying, how much you are carrying, the difference between your Combat level and your opponent's, how long you have survived outside safe zones on the PvP world, and how many other players you have killed recently. If you frequently enter safe zones, your drops will certainly not be as impressive as if you had spent the whole time in a hot zone.

It plays a factor, but given how many things it takes into account when calculating a drop, it's not as significant as you'd imagine.

Well with 100% ep i killed a level 85 who was eping (risking 100k i think) and got a 600k drop... He was three levels below me and i lost 70 ep which is alot of such a pathetic drop. I spent the entire time in a hot zone getting the ep.

 

Im almost 100ep again, so im going to ask a high level mate of mine (like 30 levels above) to risk 76k and let me kill him to see if the drops any better.

acoording to Jagex it does but it seems to me that it doesn't.

Another question: If I stay in a hotzone(to gain ep) for 20mins, then I leave for some reasons. When I come back to the hotzone, I just need 2 wait for 10mins to gain ep or need 2 wait another 30mins?

just 10 minutes, and I don't think the ammount of ep changes the drops value, but rather how many drops you can get.
