Wrong forum, and your question is very vague, there is no universal armor for everything, do you want people to list every armor for every situation or can you please specify what do you plan to do. That would be nice to know

For godswords I assume? Barrows really is the best option, but if you really do not want it..

Head- Helm of Neiz

Neck-Amulet of Glory

Body-Granite plate

Legs-Dragon skirts

Boots-Dragon Boots

Ring-Warrior's ring/ring of wealth/explorer's ring 3

Gloves-Best RFD glove or the one from under ground pass/Black dragon vamps

Shield- Rune Defender

Weapon- Whip

Cape- Obby if you want, but legends cape is fine, the +2 is not that big of a deal.

Okay, seriously. The 300k per full set every 15 hours isn't THAT big of a deal. If you can't afford that with 6.2m, you're more of a miser than I am. Hell, I have 2.5m and I use barrows to the near-exclusion of all else (though karil's top is waaay too expensive for me and i cbf to get ahrims XD), and my measly 100k a day from MTK tops up my pile EASILY. Then again, I'm not one of those people who would camp for 15 hours straight in barrows armor, which is a little bit crazy. And if you played MTK right, and spaced the 15 hours over three days, then you'd HAVE the full set's repair money waiting for you, not counting any drops you picked up while camping! Besides, you should really have a POH with an armor stand; with 6.2m, if you don't have the required construction level, you could get it fairly easily if you can make oak larders and have a half-decent servant. And, unlike the crystal bow or shield, barrows doesn't decrease in usefulness as it degrades, so all you lose is an extra 300k per 15 hours, and that's ONLY for the FULL SET. If you can't make 20k/hr, then what are you doing with 6.2m?

Balance may be power, but chaos is still pretty damn fun.

Canada can't be second rate, polar bears are their main mode of transportation.

If you are using it for training, the repair bill can burn you millions.

It was possible in bandits with guthans up at all times.

Even if you are using it for training, you shouldn't burn millions. If plan it right, like Lielac suggested, you can easily keep money to repair the armor. Also planting herbs will more then pay for them as well.

I also suggest to get barrows armor. If not then this:

Head- Helm of Neiz

Neck-Amulet of Glory

Body-Granite plate

Legs-Dragon skirts

Boots-Dragon Boots

Ring-Warrior's ring/ring of wealth/explorer's ring 3

Gloves-Best RFD glove or the one from under ground pass/Black dragon vamps

Shield- Rune Defender

Weapon- Whip

Cape- Obby if you want, but legends cape is fine, the +2 is not that big of a deal.

Should be fine. The only thing i would change is get a Combat Bracelet or Bracelet of Regeneration if you can't get Addy Gloves or better.
