Getting another 99.

Before you post anything don't write anything like "Oh don't do ___ do ___" or "No thats stupid don't try" unless you have some really good reasons why not.

 

Ok for my question, because of Pyro I really want to get another 99 right now I have a few of them in mind they are:

 

Smithing (This is the one I want the most)

Construction (I don't really know if I want to do this but I'll see if anyone has some good ideas)

Depending on how high I get bursting rock lobsters I might do that

and possibly farming

 

I also would like to know some things about these they are: XP per hour, is it AFKable (as in doing homework not acually leaving), as much as you can on smithing and my friend says it's only 55m for 99 smithing with addy plates without SC hammers and I thought that was with them, which one is it?

 

Lastly I have 110m yo work with, which I believe is enough for those (maybe not farming, atleast doing fastest way).

 

Any and all helpful information is very much arppriciated.

I don't know any rates, but I'm pretty positive that figure was WITH sc hammers.

goldsmithing is roughly 80kxp an hour ive heard, with the gauntlets. Its around 30mil to 99 but gold bars are crashing, so i dont know what will happen in the next month.

You've got enough cash for 99 smithing (even doing it the fast way)! It's smelting gold ore with gauntlets, but it'll cost you 93m though before you resell your bars. You can do the plates, but it may take you some time gathering SC tools, but you'll definitely be better off after that (if it does indeed cost the 55m which I'm not an expert on). Construction I started researching a few months back, but held off with school and all taking priority, but it is also quite an achievement which is definitely within your reach. :) Hopefully something I've said will help encourage you to go for it! Assuming you use SC hammers, you should have enough money for Construction, but I'm not sure about xp rates.

How many SC hammers would I need, from what I've read its somewhere between 200-300?

 

Also what should I do till addy plates? Gold bars, I've done them before at edgeville but thats going to be alot of gold, oh well its not called an achievement cape unless you achieve something. :-D

Regardless of what you do, you should always do herb runs, its easy free money, profitable xp, and quick. You will have enough money for 99 smithing if you use SC hammers. You most likely have enough for 99 con if you use SC hammers. What i do while i do homework and other things is cut ivys/fish monkfish. Also if you do use sc hammers use a non combat clan, it helps aton.

Also, on the subject of faux-afking, only gold smithing could be considered a low attention activity. An inv of addy plates takes very little time to do, same with larders and dungeon doors.

theres one called fast sc. Basically you join one of two CCs, then when you are in the game you join fast sc and call if you find any high level clay.

My favorite is SC_Claymates, but I've been told they're "more exclusive" now, whatever that means (I'm a cure for them, so I haven't had any trouble).

 

I think Fast SC is another one, but I got kicked once from that one because I didn't call a clay that someone had just called :-|

I cannot stress that enough - it is far too easy to burn out there. I'd like to think that I have a moderate amount of determination, but I did too much SC too quickly (enough for 80-93 smithing basically all in one go), and burned out. I've only recently started gathering points again, lol.

I tried fast sc and it worked pretty well I played 2 games and got 2 tools. I wasn't planning on doing it all at once and I think I'm going to get the hammers before I sell anthing just in case I decide I don't want to get 99 smithing for some reason.
