What's the easiest way to get 23 blue charms? I need it to get 100 combat. I'm fine with fighting almost any monster.

The time taken to get 23 blues charms, you could easily get enough gold/crims for the level you need.

However, i see you're 65 slayer so i'd suggest Dust Devils. They drop gold/green/crim which will all help.

 

May i ask why you specifically need 23 blue charms? Theres few monsters at level 55 worth using blues on.

Well basically it was the lowest number so I thought it would be the easiest. I guess I was wrong :(

mmm i can get around 5-6 blue charms while getting 100 crimsons and 30ish greens and golds at cockroaches a load.... but i can stay there much longer then you so id suggest getting golds crimsons and greens

Unfortunately they're also the least common charm drop.

 

People will rarely go to hunt for blue charms, unless at high levels they need them for certain familiars.

Cockroaches are ok, Dried Zombies are pretty good, as are Kalphite soldiers.

Kill bork and do your penguins.

That should give you enough exp and charms to hit your required level.

Bork is once per day.

Penguins are

(Level * 25)* points

So 55*25=1375 which would mean you only need to get 8 penguins points (out of a possible 16) to level.

Good monsters for blues include aberrant spectres, kalphite soldiers and guardians, gargoyles, and high-level skeletons.

You can go back and kill Bork again once a day and he drops 7 crimsons, 5 blues, and 2 greens every time.

Guys, Gin_and_Tonic already gave the answer. There's no need to keep suggesting monster to kill, when it is not needed. Bork would be very hard to kill at his level, and blues aren't worth hunting for.
