Peter
I brush my teeth once a day, at night. I don't normally use mouthwash, but occasionally I do if there's a particular reason to. I floss probably once a week or when needed (which is pretty much every time I eat meat). I've never had a cavity, filling, root canal, gum problems, etc. I had braces, but that has nothing to do with the frequency which I brush my teeth. I just can't stand that feeling of having plaque on my teeth :?.
killaz52
Lovely topic, this. Well, I brush my teeth thrice daily, once when I wake up, once after lunch and once before i go to bed. I use mouthwash in the morning as well, the cool one that doesn't sting. Incidentally, mouthwash is an excellent alto saxophone mouthpiece cleaner. Zippi08
Well, I don't really know how well Swedes are with their teeth, but I brush my teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I can't stand not brushing them for more than a day, cause then there's like this layer of weird stuff on your teeth and I hate it. I wonder how people's teeth looked like earlier when there was no toothbrush nor toothpaste :/ Thanks for the sig, Runesmithie :)RIP Steve Irwin

timmay929
My thing is... Are those 2 minutes really gonna kill you? How much could that possibly take out of your daily schedule. But yet some people still dont brush. 122 Combat : 99 Hits : 99 Attack : 99 Strength97/99 Defence : 99 Fletching : 99 Woodcutting
VOV
Twice Daily. I also use mouthwash, floss and Crest white strips. I then top it off with some Tic-Tacs when I go out. I know the price. I pay it gladly.
Zibl
I like this topic :? lol. How I brush my teeth, step by step: #1 - Brush. I was using those Crest Sensations (Cinnamon), but now its some kind of Collgate Luminous (or something). #2 - Listeren (spelling?). Always the cool mint :P . #3 - I use some kind of teeth whitener. I think its by Collgate, not sure. Its in a little tube, but you unscrew the cap (which has a brush on the end) and you kind of brush a little on your teeth. Its supposed to help them whiten after using it for a while every night. And there you have it. My 3 simple steps of cleaning my teeth every night. However normally its just a quick brush over in the mornings before school, but the above steps is how I do it at night. P.S - I know, I should floss more. I floss like.. once every month  . But I figure with the whole mouthwash and brushing thing it cant be hurting my teeth THAT much. Besides I haven't had a cavity in a year and a half, and everytime I go get my teeth cleaned they say they look great so I don't much change my steps. knives669
I brush my teeth once every day in the morning. Last year was the first time I ever had a cavity. :D
