Magic Trees

Featured Replies

There was this rumor going around a few years ago about every level being the same speed at Magic trees, even if you were level 99.

I never bothered to figure out if it was true or not, and now I'm wondering if it is?

Why would that be true? Magics are hard to cut at all levels so people made crap up about it.

It's not true but magics are so bad I wouldn't even bother with them.

It's probably not true.

But the way things seem to work in RS is that you only get noticeable improvements in speed when you get far above the minimum, which of course isn't really possible with magic trees.

There is so much randomness involved that the difference between levels get swamped. But there is a difference.

I used to cut magic trees a lot, and I noticed they got faster as my level got higher. Maybe not hugely faster, but they are definitely atleast a little bit faster. :P

It's about same thing as sharks are in fishing. In theory you catch them faster when you have 99 but difference is not very noticiable unless comparing to someone with level 76.
