Noobs: We pay we say

JaGeX: How much will you pay?

You don't need to have done Smoking Kills to use a leaf-bladed sword -- and you should, it is much better.

Indeed Smoking Kills isn't needed to use the sword : get one asap.

For armor anything rune or better will do, as for inventory i'd suggest 1 dose sup attack and strenght per 25-30 kills to stay efficient. Enhanced Excalibur if can for the healing, bunyip, some BTP tabs just in case need extra healing. Some alches for addy plates/rune longs they drop. I like taking some cheap junk food like tuna too (can drop it if don't need) to use for cheap heal in case in first half of task.

Kurasks are one of those task that now drop a lot of worth picking up stuff. Thus recommand as many free spaces as possible.

I go there with 1 bunyip pouch.alchs and a few pizza. Leaf blade sword slayer helm gutans(all I have) fury, zerker ring,d botts. Standard gear.

Really not that hard

There's a mistake on the official guide -- you don't need the quest.

Why not do the quest? You're missing out on a lot without it.
