December 6, 200520 yr I just got it tellying out of Taverly Dungeon with almost full inventory after being there for a few hours. Got the helmet also. Newbie tip: The signs above the mats tell you what exercise you will do on that mat.

It's totally random, while doing ANYTHING. I've stopped playing RuneScape. KoL's better.
